From 14 weeks to full term
Our beautiful mama-to-be has been training with us since her 2nd trimester.
She’s been consistent, focused, and always eager to learn — even doing her homework after every session!
Now at the final stage of her pregnancy, she’s stronger than ever — with visible muscle tone, excellent posture, and a beautiful D-line bump.
Many women experience back pain, fatigue, and limited mobility in the last month.
