It’s about how accurately you move, even in a single movement.


Most physical issues don’t come from lack of movement,

but from repeated poor movement patterns.🙂‍↔️


Rotation, in particular, is a coordinated movement involving the spine, ribcage, and pelvis.

When this balance is off, it can lead to asymmetry, unnecessary tension, and increased stress on the lower back and shoulders.


In this 50-minute session, the focus wasn’t on volume,

but on

We worked on where the movement initiates, which muscles engage, and how to eliminate compensations.
